Primary School (Prep to Year 6)
Our Primary School is a safe, positive and nurturing place for your child to thrive whilst exploring the many aspects of learning, including the development of their own unique personality.
A strong student-centred program based on Christian values influences our attitudes and actions as we interact and learn together.
In addition to daily literacy and numeracy sessions, students engage their natural curiosity and creativity through regular Physical Education, Art, Music, Science & Technology and Library classes.
We believe that early intervention is a key to a child’s success in their education. Our teaching team uses the highly successful Multilit and Minilit programs to achieve this in student literacy.
Our Primary teachers aim to meet students’ individual learning needs, engaging them in stimulating activities and providing targeted support towards the learning needs of each individual child.
The Primary School program seeks to continually engage families through special community events, sporting carnivals, musical showcase evenings and productions. We also celebrate Grandparents’ Day, Book Week and hold regular primary showcase assemblies for our families to attend throughout the year.
